  There’s something about alcohol we all treasure. Some people become really talkative under the influence, while others recluse into silence when the booze kicks in. The bartender is always the one with the presence of mind here, cultivating the vibe of the bar and keeping the drinks flowing. The important thing about the bar, is to sometimes allow the inner dialogue of the heart to run, just like drinks that are served here.

  A plank of wood might be the divide between the bar floor and the back bar, but that shouldn’t act as a barrier between customer and bartender. Bartenders as drinks craftsmen are punters’ guides into the magnificent world of cocktails – providing them drinks, experiences and knowledge. Needless to say, great communication skills are key.
